I feel like no one actually listens to me. like it’s always “i’m here for you.” but when i need someone to talk to im on delivered for hours or sent to voice mail.

i just want to feel validated in my thoughts and feelings.

i’ve been trying so hard for so long. i’ve been trying to get better. to build up the motivation to get out of bed. to be a person again. but i don’t feel like a person anymore. all i want is someone to listen and hug me and say “everything’s going to be okay.” but it’s been 2 fucking years since i’ve been hugged like that. no one’s ever told me everything’s going to be okay. no one’s ever told me everything’s going to be okay.

a part of me really wants to stop trying. the other part is saying “you can’t die until we get fucked again,” cause hypersexuality. and the other 80 voices are all spouting incoherent nonsense. but who would want that? i’m fucking disgusting. i just showered for the first time in a week and brushed my teeth.

I should be proud of myself right now for finally taking care of myself a bit right? so why do i feel worse? why no matter how hard i scrub in the shower can i not get the feeling of his hand off me? why can i still feel the rocks from that day under my skin? why do i still hear his voice? what the fuck is wrong with me? why do i only feel okay when im oversexualizing myself or starving or creating breaks in my skin for the vitality of my veins to seep through?

i feel disgusting. i want to not feel like this anymore. i’m awful. i’m horrible. and i deserve nothing less than that.

i don’t recognize myself in the mirror. i don’t see a person. i don’t feel real. I felt real 2 weeks ago. I don’t know why i don’t now. i don’t know why i cycle like this. what the fuck is wrong with me.

This is a very hard post to write, and for days I debated on whether I should even post it or not. But I feel as though this matter is something everyone should be aware of, so that things happening in this beautiful country of mine don’t get covered by politicians trying to rewrite events in the future with elections coming.

There is a big city in Buenos Aires that is currently under water. The number of dead people found keeps increasing. There are children that have been swallowed by the strong currents and their parents are desperately trying to find them, not losing hope in a truly hopeless situation.

Bahía Blanca is under water. People are losing their homes, their businesses, their livelihoods. People are losing everything, including their lives.

It is not the first time this city is affected by weather phenomena and by the sea growing out of control. This is a tragedy that could’ve, SHOULD’VE, been prevented, but no politician is ever interested in doing anything. Even now a big part of relief efforts comes from the public, from civilians donating food, clothes, mattresses, money—and it’s still not enough. Police and army forces are rescuing civilians just as civilians are rescuing themselves and their pets.

There are many wrong things happening in this beautiful country. In Argentina. There are many truly wrong heinous things happening, and sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy because what’s happening here seems to be of little importance to the rest of the world.

Maybe that’s why I’m writing this, why I’m posting this. I want people to know what’s going on, so it doesn’t feel like the world doesn’t care.

Today in Buenos Aires there was a protest for the betterment of retired people's rights (keep in mind they are all middle to low class). The government sent cops to repress this protest who shoved up in full riot gear to stand against... middle aged people and elders.

There are videos of cops punching, kicking and pushing to the ground elders. People with moving disabilities due to illnesses and age. There's a graphic video of an older woman getting pushed to the ground by a cop, hitting her head hard against the ground. A press photographer was attacked by cops causing a skull fracture and intense bleeding, as time of posting undergoing lifesaving surgery.

While this is happening, the president puts on a circus performance of going to Bahia Blanca, affected by lethal floods, to "oversee" the construction/repairs of a bridge, with protests from the public.

While this is happening, the president is currently getting away with promoting a ponzi scheme of international magnitude. This blatant promotion is unconstitutional and he should be impeached over it. Congress is looking the other way.

And this is far from the tip of the iceberg when it comes to things currently happening every single day in Argentina. But we carry on, and we persevere.
